This portal leads to a country manor, the sort of place you’ve read about in historical books, seen in period dramas, or maybe even toured in your own world. You are more than welcome to walk through the place and give yourself your own tour.
One of the stories, after much running around and toppling of books, finally decided it liked the library after all, but it wouldn’t settle to be just another book on the shelf. It insisted on a special area out in the open where everyone who walked in would immediately notice it. You won’t have any trouble finding this one.
Another story felt perfectly at home in the kitchens. It enjoys sampling the food and hanging out with the staff. When you go to look for this one, a kitchen worker might be able to direct you.
The third story won’t take you long to stumble upon. It admires doors, and so chose the best set to hang out near. When you get a chance to admire a set of doors, take it.
