I’ve been looking into the many ways that the people of your world communicate, and one of them struck my fancy: Instagram. It’s quite a visually appealing platform, and it’s simple to use, which is especially important for someone like me who is still learning all your world’s intricacies.
I told the stories about Instagram, and they seemed interested, though when I pulled out my camera, several of them began to push each other, each hoping to be the first to have their picture taken. Others leaped behind bushes and a few ran into my house. Those are the camera-shy stories. A handful began wandering around like they just didn’t care, striking poses in a nonchalant yet over-the-top sort of way. Who do they think they’re fooling?
For those of you who have found my blog first, you can now follow me on Instagram under the very clever name of Stories Keep! For simplicity, my profile picture is the same one as you see on the homepage of my blog. For those of you who are just finding me from Instagram and are rather confused as to what I’m talking about when I mention things like “the stories” and “your world”, check out my excellent FAQ page to get up to speed.
However, here’s a quick rundown on how things work: This is a blog where I recommend many types of stories (e.g. books, movies, podcasts, multi-genres), but you have to find the stories first. They’re hidden in other worlds that you can access through a place called the Keep, which I manage (thus my title of Keeper). The Keep is a part of this blog (you might think of it as an interactive novel of sorts), where you will be given choices to make that will take you through your chosen world until you find a hidden story. Simple!
